• When are my items going to be shipped?

- Because we are a small team, all our items are subject to a processing period.

- Most orders should be dispatched to the provided address within 3 to 5 working days since the order has been completed. For items on sale, promotions or bonuses, please allow for a few extra days as at times we are faced with huge demand.

- We will notify you via the provided e-mail address when your items have been shipped.

 

 

  • When will I receive my items?

- The shipping time varies from product to product because we are sourcing the items from all over the world. Also, some products are sent directly from our US-based warehouse, some are shipped directly from our contracted manufacturers (which can be located in Europe, China, and even Australia).

- Because we believe that money should be spent on products rather than on shipping services, we do our best to provide FREE Shipping. If that's the case, and the product is not shipped from the US, please allow for three to five weeks shipping time. Most products will arrive much quicker than that, though. This is also applicable for giveaway items, bundles or bonuses.

- For shipping to Europe and Canada, the official carrier estimation is between four and seven weeks (nine weeks for Italy). Of course, this time-window is to account for any potential customs-related or any other unforeseen delays.

- For shipping to Australia, the official carrier estimation is between three and seven weeks. Just like in the above-mentioned cases, this time-window is to account for any potential customs-related or any other unforeseen delays.

- If the courier and the Shipping Package support this functionality, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can see, at any time, where your products are. However, in some cases, tracking info can be limited.

 

 

  • Will my items be sent in one consolidated package?

- For logistical reasons, consolidated packages might not be an option. Please keep this in mind when receiving your orders.

 

 

  • What is your return policy?

- After receiving the product, if you want to return it (we do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size, only if something is wrong with the item you received), you have to contact us within 7 days. Please note that you will have to pay the return shipping fee and that the item should be in its original package (unopened and unused).

- Please be aware that for everything that is "Printed on Demand" we do not accept returns if you the wrong size has been ordered. So please consult the Sizing Charts we are providing for each product.

- If the item arrived damaged, all you need to do is contact us, sends us a photo of the damaged product, and we will refund you (or send you a new one, that's entirely up to you)

 

 

  • T-Shirt Sizing

- Please note that because we are sourcing T-Shirts from different suppliers, the size tag on your T-Shirts might not correspond to the one in our table, but the size measurements (in inches/cm) that we provide always will.

 

 

  • "Better, Faster Shipping"

While reliable, FREE Shipping is not the fastest around. Also, please note that the tracking information will not be updated once the package has been boarded onto a cargo airplane with the buyer's country as final destination.

- If you are in a bit of a hurry, want to cut the shipping time in half* and have a Tracking Number that's updated continuously the "Faster, Better Shipping" is the Shipping Method you want.
